JohnWHITEHEADThe family would like to thank friends, neighbours and relatives for the support and kindness shown to us during John's long illness and following his death and for the many beautiful cards, letters and messages of sympathy. We were moved by the great number of people who attended the service, far too numerous to mention and to Rev David Martin for his lovely service and words of comfort. Our grateful thanks to all Doctors at Arbury Surgery especially Dr Barfield and to the many District Nurses, Anne and Emma and other Macmillan Nurses and Carers for their care and compassion over the years and to Hospice at Home, Mary Ann Evans and Myton Hospice Warwick for their invaluable help in the last few months. Many thanks for the donations received in aid of Mary Ann Evans Hospice and Myton Hospice, Warwick. Finally to Stephanie and team at D B Devalls for their kindness, care and attention to detail.
